Peacefully, on March 28th, at her home in Hudson with her son Steven by her side, Sheila Marjorie Cross Bartram (nee Jaques), in her 91st year.
Predeceased by her first husband, George Cross, her second husband, Howard Bartram and her sisters Anne Ross and Jane Gilbert. Loving mother to sons Steven Cross of Montreal and David Cross of England. Adored by her three grandchildren, George, Trevor and Sheleigh and many nieces and nephews.
Sheila has been a vibrant presence in Hudson for many years. A member of Whitlock Golf and Country Club, Hudson Yacht Club, and volunteer with the Hudson Library, she will be remembered for her joie de vie, energy and willingness to step up and lend a helping hand wherever needed. She was also an active member and volunteer parishioner at St. James’ Anglican Church.

Funeral services will be held at St. James’ Anglican Church, 642 Main Rd. Hudson, on May 25, 2019 at 2pm. A reception will follow in the Church Hall.
