On Sunday January 7, 2024, just shy of her 83rd birthday, Carol passed away peacefully at the Suroît Regional Hospital in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield. Carol was a loving wife of 62 years to Bob Booth. She leaves behind her children Christine Booth (Robert Menard) and Trevor Booth (Amy Szirtes), her grandchildren Abigail Booth, Justin Menard, Ronin Booth and Alex Menard. Carol will be sadly missed by all her friends and family.
A celebration of life will be planned for the Spring.

My deepest condolences 💐 I am reminded of how I first met Carol on an early Saturday morning around 1987. I showed up at the house in Mountain Ranches eager to play with Trevor only to be greeted at the front door by Carol who sent me off with the message to come later in the day when Trevor was awake. I think I may have returned on the hour until finally she let me in imparting that I had succeeded in waking him up. There is a chance she was not impressed with me. Sorry Carol 🤗
