It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Florence Ann Weatherton of Vaudreuil-Dorion on Wednesday, January 5, 2022, at the age of seventy-eight. Raised in Buckingham, Quebec, she leaves to mourn her loving husband of fifty-eight years François Plouffe, her two children Normand (Cara) and Joanne (Michel), her four adored grandchildren Chloe, Ryan, Jean-François and Julie-Anne, her sister Jean and her brother Linus (Suzanne), several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, as well as all of her other family and friends.
The family will welcome relatives and friends, in the presence of the ashes, on Saturday May 28, 2022 at 10 AM, at the Our Lady of Victoria Church (490, rue Charles, Gatineau J8L 2K5 – secteur Buckingham), followed by a funeral mass at 11 AM.
Burial will follow at the St-Grégoire-de-Nazianze Cemetery (797, avenue de Buckingham, Gatineau J8L 2H8 – secteur Buckingham).
A special thank you to the staff of the Montreal General Jewish Hospital for taking such good care of her.
