On Sunday, April 14, 2024, Jim passed away peacefully at Ste. Anne’s Veteran’s Hospital at the age of 76. “Jim” leaves to mourn his wife Jane Robinson and predeceased wife Janice Lyon. He was an incredible Dad to Roger, Melanie (Derek) and Heather. He was affectionately known as “Papa” to his three beautiful Granddaughters Kennedy, Bailey and Isabella. Jim is survived by his brothers Christopher (Chantal) and Nicolas (Diane) and will be fondly remembered by Karen (Ian) and all of our family members.
We shall all miss Jim’s wonderful funny, quirky, sarcastic, dry sense of humour and his strong, loving personality. Jane will miss Jim’s love and companionship of not just being a great husband but a good man.
A Celebration of Jim’s Life will be held on Sunday, June 9, 2024 from 2 to 4 pm at the Hudson Legion Branch 115, 56 Rue Beach, Hudson, QC J0P 1H0.
Donations to the Ste. Anne’s Veteran’s Hospital Foundation and/or Nova Hudson, in memory of Jim, would be greatly appreciated.
