It is with profound sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Allan Barrie on June 20, 2026, at the age of 83. Beloved husband of the late Shirley Barrie (Mayer), with whom he shared fifty wonderful years of marriage. Allan is survived by his daughter, Kimberley Barrie and his son-in-law, Scott Hellstrom; his beloved granddaughters, Abigail and Finley; his sisters, Avace Barrie and Drennan Trelford (Allan).

He was a proud Scotsman who enjoyed life to the fullest. To know him, was to love him, and we did, deeply. He took great pride in his career at Pepsi and the wonderful friendships that ensued. When he wasn’t working, he was playing snooker and golfing with his friends, enjoying Caribbean cruises and family vacations.

A celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date.
